Simply put: We are middlemen. We are not responsible for the adverts or websites that use this service. Adverts and adboxes/websites are maintained by the individual owners.
However we will respond to requests to remove offensive, hateful, vulgar and so on adverts, or to cease servicing a website which promotes any bad things (based on common/moral sense).
All the other stuff you should know is in the disclaimer
All content advertised through ISKsense must be EVE related. This means you cannot advertise non-EVE-related services, products etc via ISKsense.
Websites using ISKsense must also be EVE related. This is to prevent advertisers for paying for adverts that do not deliver the target traffic type to their website.
If you violate our Terms of Service, or go against any of the policies set out by the Disclaimer, or if we decide your advert/website is not suitable, or for any other reason within the bounds of common sense and so on, we reserve the right to suspend advertising to your website, or your advert's hosting indefinitely. We may also decide that a refund is in order if you are a website operator.
We will allow you to appeal for up to 30 days before we perform any refunds or permamently delete your website/advert. We will contact you immediately ingame or out of game if we suspend your website/advert.
We will also cooperate with CCP Games Hf. and it's representatives in the removal of EULA-violation encouraging or instructing adverts/websites, adverts/websites that could potentially damage player's clients, and so on. However, we apply common sense to all cooperation and will contact you beforehand.
We will suspend any users committing click fraud or encouraging click fraud via their website immediately with a 30 days appeal time before a refund is made to advertisers.
ISKsense takes a zero-tolerance attitude towards click fraudsters and other exploitative users, and endeavours to ensure ISKsense is kept as a level playing field for all parties.
We reserve the right to alter the terms of service in order to accomodate additional situations not covered within the province of our original terms, however if such a situation arises we will arbitrate using the set of terms of service standing at the start of the situation.
