ISKsense is a non-profit website. All transactions are conducted in EVE-Online ingame currency by players using the EVE-Online client.
We attempt to ensure that all payments for adverts are processed automatically
and thus quickly but if an error occours while processing the transaction automatically
we cannot be held responsible- we will refund you or manually credit your ISKsense account
as soon as possible.
ISKsense is automated for convenience of users and administrators- if we need to do something manually we will do so.
Payouts are not handled automatically- you must request to withdraw any money, as this must be performed manually by an administrator.
IP addresses, country and useragent of every click
is recorded along with a timestamp. If we feel you have been generating illicit clicks by spamming clicks we will discount those clicks.
This is an automated process.
ISKsense is operated by Ix Forres. Money is held by the character 'ISKsense Agent'. Don't send your cash anywhere else- we will not be held responsible for cash going to typo'd character names.
If you are from Google, please don't sue us. I think that covers it. We don't trade in real money, we don't use any money generated by the site to sell thousands of timecards, and so on. The name is purely indicitave of how well Adsense has penetrated the market. No copyright infringement or whatnot is intended.
All websites advertised or upon which adverts are displayed must be releated to EVE-Online.
This is manually verified. No refunds will be given for non-EVE related advert payments.
From time to time, adverts appear which CCP feel encourage EULA or TOS violation. We cooperate with CCP when we are in agreement that such a violation is being encouraged, and remove offending adverts or suspend websites. This is entirely at CCP and our discretion, though we will in all cases contact you before we take action to discuss the advert in question.
You are free to leave ISKsense at any time. We do not enforce minimum periods. We will always return your ISK when requested. We never deny you access to your ISK. However, if you have been collecting ISK by click fraud or other exploitation of the ISKsense system we may deny you access to funds raised using exploitative methods. We reserve the right to deny you access to your ISK if we feel there's something dodgy going on, but quite frankly this is just here to cover us if suddenly you manage to move a few billion to your account and we'll never really do this.
