The ISKsense renderer is a Javascript-based renderer. Implementation is simple- generate an adbox using the editor on the website, and then copy and paste the generated Javascript code into your website.
Once you have your adboxes and websites set up and the code on your pages, you will recieve statistics via your control panel, and ISK will be added into your account from advertisers. You can then withdraw this at a later date via the payouts system, or reuse the ISK to advertise a website or service.
